Brenda Howdershell, Secretary
Brenda Howdershell is a trial attorney in Virginia. She is happily married to the love of her life and they have four children together. Brenda has a strong religious faith and it is this deep faith that kept Brenda positive and hopeful when in 2007 her daughter, Elle, was diagnosed with a brain tumor at age 5. Brenda will tell you that she received many blessings and experienced many acts of kindness throughout the challenging six years after the diagnosis. Sadly, Elle passed on October 12, 2013. It is Elle that has inspired Brenda to “Pay It Forward” to others dealing with life’s challenges; to keep hope alive; and to be a positive force.
